Sales Development Representative

In this role, you will outbound prospect and set demos for the account executive team through phone calls and emails.  In addition, you will manage the full sales cycle for our owner operator accounts.  Sales development reps (SDRs) are organized, passionate about our technology and truly care about our customers. 

What you will do:

● Work closely with the Account Executives on outbound prospecting into target lists and setting up demos.

● Handle inbound inquiries from customers, assist them with their questions, demo the product and close accounts.

● Work within the CRM tool to manage your day to day tasks.

● Hit monthly call and revenue targets.

About You:

● Not afraid to cold-call

● A creative, strategic thinker 

● Love working as part of a team

● People person. You love talking to people (prospects and customers)

● Very organized- understands the importance of using the CRM for tracking

● Have a passion for technology. 

● You can handle change well- maybe you even prefer it…. (we are a startup after-all!)


● 1-2 years outbound selling experience (bonus if this was selling technology)

● Bachelor's Degree

When prospects come to the Super Dispatch website or download our mobile app our sales team actively engages with these leads to understand their business needs. This may be done through calls, emails, demos, etc. Our team is driven by goals and the desire to spread the awesomeness of Super Dispatch! Account executives are responsive, organized, passionate about our technology and, most importantly, truly care about our customers.

This should describe you:

● A self-starter. You take a project and run with it.

● Entrepreneurial spirit. You enjoy bringing new ideas to the table and changing/testing things as you go.

● People person. You love talking to prospects & customers.

● You understand how to manage a sales pipeline.

● You are goal oriented and have experience hitting revenue targets.

● Have a passion for technology.

● You love working with a team.

Extra Awesome:

● 2-4 years sales experience (extra extra awesome if this was selling technology)

● Bachelor's Degree or equal work experience
